About Us
- Kellen and Rebecca Hiroto
- Thanks for visiting our blog. We are missionaries serving with African Bible College in Lilongwe, Malawi, a small country in Southeast Africa. We teach at ABC Christian Academy, an International Christian school that serves the missionary, ex-pat and Malawian community. Becca is at home most of the day with our son Yamikani, while still helping with yearbook and ballet classes. Kellen teaches in the high school, does admin stuff for grades 7-12, and coaches the college soccer team. We both enjoy spending time with youth, intentionally modeling what it looks like to follow Christ. We are extremely grateful to be serving God and serving His people in Malawi.

Hello Kellen & Rebecca!
Writing you is an excited, scared, and emotional college student from San Francisco, California. I just got an email from Project Take Love, & will be taking a short term mission trip this Summer to ABC in Malawi. I was just hoping to gain some insight as to what I can expect when I come out there. I went to Zambia this past summer, & it was incredible, but I also when with a group of about 10 people I knew very well, & I'm about to embark on a journey with 29 people I've never met, to a country I've never been to, with an organization I found on google. So this is a huge step, & a really giant adventure.
Any thoughts you have for me, would be so appreciated. :-)
